1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TapSay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via PayPal under our parent entity, TenX Cold Email. We offer "Travel Passes" (3-day, 7-day) and Monthly subscriptions.

• One-time Passes: These provide access for a fixed duration and do not auto-renew.
• Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your PayPal account.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate unlocking of all phrases, refunds are generally not provided once a pass has been activated, except where required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All phrases, designs, and interactive elements within TapSay are the property of TenX Cold Email. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the app for travel communication purposes.

4. Use of the Service

TapSay is designed as a supplementary tool for travel. While we strive for accuracy in our 934+ expert-curated phrases, we are not responsible for any misunderstandings or issues resulting from the use of the translations.

5. Parent Company
