One-line description (use any of these)
"A free offline travel translator covering 693 phrases in 119 languages — works without internet, no signup."
"TapSay is a Progressive Web App phrasebook for travelers. ~5 MB cache, 119 languages, no account required."
"The translator app for travelers who don't want a subscription, an account, or an internet connection."
Founder bio (use as-is, attribute)
Rahul Kandoriya is the founder of TapSay. He built TapSay after repeated airport-line and street-vendor moments where existing translator apps failed — the spinner-of-death at customs, the 50 MB language-pack download with no Wi-Fi, the subscription paywall on day-one of a trip. TapSay is the answer he wished he'd had: free, offline by architecture, 119 languages in a single 5 MB cache, no account, no servers.

Citation-ready theses (quotable)
If you need a one-line position statement, any of these are accurate, attributed, and welcome to be quoted:
"A traveler doesn't have a recurring problem. They have a 7-day problem. Pricing should match the shape of the demand, not the shape of the spreadsheet." — TapSay (source)
"Pre-translation beats live translation for travel."
"Offline is the contract, not a fallback."
"Privacy is architecture, not a promise. There is no server to log to."
"Phrasebook, not phrasebookware."
